Measurement and accuracy are excellent.However, it is let down by the battery cover constantly popping off. This may just the one in a thousand, but it’s what I’ve experienced.As long as you use the thumb/finger nub, to slide it, it’s fine, just don’t touch the battery cover, which could have been in a better place, TBH.Remember to close the callipers, in order to ‘zero out’, otherwise you will get false readings.As for actual use, a 4 year old could use them!

How completely ridiculous! I know the tool was cheap, but to scrimp on a few pence of battery that is a pain to try and locate one to buy is frankly just plain nuts! It didn't come in a box - just a plastic bag with no instructions, so who knows what battery to buy? As such it's untested, apart from the easy to use - which without a battery it clearly isn't. I would have returned it but wasn't worth the hassle. I'd recommend spending a little more and getting a bit more quality.
