The solar panel is not described correctly. I am using the correct panel suggested for my eufy 2k doorbell. Once set up the solar panel actually takes power away from the doorbell battery instead of adding power. This is because it is DC power rather than AC power.Dont waste your time if you have a eufy doorbell!

Great product and quickly charges the ring doorbell when needed. The doorbell let's charge go down to 90% before charging. Solar panel charged back to 100% during morning of light cloudy day before sun even reached the panel directly. The cable could be longer and the swivel connector isn't easy to use. Well worth the money to avoid charging battery every two weeks.Update 17-Feb-2025: I've not had to charge the battery separately even once with this panel attached. During the cold weather, charging is much slower but that may be due to the battery rather than this charger. In other words, I've been 7 months free of hassle to remove, charge and replace the battery. The surface if the panel has started peeling but not sure if that's a problem or not. Maybe there is a protective film which I failed to remove. Great investment, the panel is facing south so should get maximal sunlight.

I connected this to the Ring doorbell (V2) and it was then recognized by the Ring app and quickly started to charge the device. I've only had it for a week or so but it is good so far.

When I got it, I put it together and did everything I was supposed to and it still doesn't charge the doorbell. I even put it higher thinking it wasn't getting enough sunlight and still doesn't charge. Don't get it and save your money
