Have had these brand batteries for years now. Work great. I see some complaints that their batteries won’t charge anymore. I believe they are using the wrong kind of charger. When you drain the batteries 100% the bms cuts off the batteries. Most chargers need a voltage from the battery to start charging. Since the bms shut down there is no voltage. You need a charger that can supply a voltage to wake the battery back up.

This battery failed after 1 year. They will lead you on with endless text messages. Then ignore you for the next 2 years till warranty runs out. They do not honor the warranty. I have been trying to get my boat back in water for 2 weeks during spawn.

The wrong item was accidentally sent to us and the company responded immediately and sent out the correct item with no problems. Very happy with the service. Using the battery for our RV and I’m sure it will be perfect.

I purchased several of these XZNY 100 ah batteries in the past month. The batteries I received had excellent packaging (see photos) with no shipping damage and arrived on the early side of the estimated arrival date. Before purchasing, I asked several technical questions regarding product construction and recommended usage limitations and the seller responded in a timely manner. After receiving the batteries, I contacted the seller with a concern and sent the information the seller requested. They worked with me to successfully resolve the matter.I ran a capacity test on each of the batteries using a Makerhawk electronic load tester I purchased from AMAZON just for testing these batteries. With the batteries fully charged and resting for 24hrs. at 13.6 volts, I set the Makerhawk for a 10 amp load and monitored the test until it drew 100ah. The voltage never dropped low enough to trigger the BMS shut down. Once the test ended the batteries came to rest at 12.1 and 12.0 volts (see photos). I link my test photos to an excel spread sheet for battery maintenance recording. After recharging the batteries and letting them rest for 24hrs. the batteries were within 20 millivolts (.02volt) difference between them. From some of the online forums and videos the recommended voltage difference when connecting LiFePO4 batteries in parallel should be no more than100 millivolts (.1 volt). between them. I am very pleased with the results.Using the Makerhawk I monitored the discharging of the batteries at 10 amps to 50% and after 24 hrs. rest they only had a difference of .01 Volts. I am very pleased with the support team and product performance results.
