I have some small kid bike tires that I need to occasionally fill up and check. The 90 degree adapters work well for that task. The extension rubber hoses, I did find a use for them with a tire where the valve stem was mounted on the backside of the wheel. I used the tube to route the valve end to the front of the tire and used some zip ties to secure it. I could see if they included some clips for use with a dual tire wheel would have been helpful.

I bought the tire valve extensions to put on a dually trailer. Very hard to get to the valve stems on the inside tires. I thought this would be the perfect ticket and ordering two sets would take care of the four inside tires.When I received them, I realized there were no clamps to hold the valve stem extenders to the outside wheel. My fault as there were no pictures or words to indicate that some sort of clips or fasteners were included. I’m not sure what the use would be , as I can simply use my flexible hose to get to the inside without the valve extensions. Also, if indeed, for some reason, I did need a valve extension one would be sufficient.This being my fault, and not the fault of the manufactures I certainly can’t reduce the rating.The valve extensions do work, and they seal well. So they work as described when placed on a tire they function as advertised.
