They are not very good quality. The screw hole for the VW screws is to small. The standard VW Screws do not fit in the hole. I tried running a larger woodscrew in the clips to open the hole up and the back of the clip just snapped off. Not good for VW replacement clips!

Oh boy, where to start? There's an old saying "it's not you it's me" but they actually me that it is you. Well, I put the clips on, sprayed them with a bit of white grease, kidding myself they'll last longer because the clips resemble turkey foil, unlike the originals. Having done all that, I tried to get a genuine VW under tray screw in, part number N90974701. Nope, the hole is too small, so it bends the clip out of the way with the slightest pressure. Bear in mind, it's under the car, dark, confined and not a nice place to be. Then you're messing about trying to fit screws into these rejects. So I jump to a conclusion... I must be doing something wrong, "it's not you, it's me" well it turns out it was you all along. After much experimentation and examination, I'm now I'm taking them off, which is easier than it should be and bagging them up for a refund. Do yourself a favour, buy genuine clips, you won't regret it.
