Yes, it’s cheap plastic and the “plunger” that you push to squeeze to cat treat out of the tube isn’t great, but the really bad part is that it doesn’t hold the tube well and it’s hard to get both ends of the tube to fit and stay steady under the plastic holders. It’s easier just to squeeze it out with your hands instead of using this device that does a pretty poor job.
