I bought this because I like leaving spoons in my containers- flour, sugar, coffee powder, etc, but the stem, of course, is too long. The actual spoon part is a full table-spoon size. It's a little shallow, but you can see that in the photos. They are easy to hold and use, and they look nice as well. Perfect solution if you don't want to get a new spoon dirty, or put a wet spoon in the sugar every time you want to add a bit of sugar to your tea.
