lovely bows and ribbon, easy to use and a good price, quick delivery, a great company and product, dont change a thing! my motto is.... if its not broke dont fix it! thanks

The quality of the material on both the ribbon and bows is absolutely crap! Lots of creases in both items, one of the bow strings ripped the bow as we pulled it through and snapped. Due to the poor quality and so it went in the bin. They did not package and deliver the right number of bows that was printed at the point of sale. It amazes me that it is an Amazon choice product. Ended up going to Hobbycraft and spending more money. If I could give this company a zero rating I would!!!
