Well it works like a charm! It was pretty easy to use and I was quite comfortable walking around for many hours at Disney World.

Usually after about 10k the chafing starts. I did 21k today and this worked a treat. Expensive though.

truly the best anti chafing balm I have ever used. does the job for short runs and ultras. super handy. natural ingredients make it smell lovely (kinda wanna eat it too!) but not too intense. seems pricey but last a long time even with 5 runs a week. highly recommended.

Love the it’s all natural & love even more that is actually work really really well! Prevent skin on skin chafing, redness & discomfort. Would recommend & will be buying again for sure!
