Ich nutze diesen Sub in meinem Firmen Transporter als Unterstützung. Es wackeln zwar nicht die Wände aber das war mir klar. Aber als Unterstützung zu den Original Lautsprechern ein echtes Upgrade mit guten Bässen. Für diesen Preis und diese kompakte Größe unschlagbar.

Very happy with this subwoofer.I installed it in a ford transit by connecting the speaker wires from left and right.Took some time to adjust it (hz/gain/radio settings) but I found the sweet spot and its just perfect. Good punchy bass without the droning sound some subwoofers give.If you are wondering if it will be powerfull enough like I did. Trust me, it is more than enough. More bass would mean the music would become distorted/out of balance. And I like a good bit of base.Recommended!

Produce bassi potenti, rotondi e pieni. Nessuna vibrazione anche spingendo un po’. Consigliata l’installazione nel bagagliaio per goderselo appieno. Sotto i sedili (provato) risultava troppo invasivo sia acusticamente che per lo spazio sottratto ai piedi del passeggero posteriore. Tenuto al 50% della potenza è perfetto. Alpine è ancora Alpine!

Habe ihn als Ergänzung zu meinem Alpine W611 und den Kia Originallautsprechern gekauft. Bin begeistert - auch wenns mal lauter ist sehr klare Bässe.

The sub was installed into my Subaru Forester 2023 by Subaru technician; connected to the speaker wires (as the original head unit unfortunately did not have an RCA out port).Pros:- Excellent sound quality- Very powerful bass - first, I set the gain to around 50% but quickly understood I had to set it to something like 5%; I only increased the bass EQ in the head unit one tenth of the range while setting the mids and the trebles to -1 each . N.B. Low-cut was set to smth like 80 Hz.- Also, the bass goes as low as my 47yo ears can hear, remaining loud and clear - the punchy kick in rock songs, the low tones in trance and techno, so you don't really hear them but rather feel with all your body.- Compact size and a nice weight: I did not have to screw it to the floor at all. (installed under the passenger seat, completely hidden and does not bother the rear passenger's feet).- A handy remote control with a volume knob that turns with soft clicks, really pleasant; also, it has a very long cable so one can install it virtually anywhere, even if the sub unit is installed in the trunk.- The wires marking match exactly the markings of the speakers' / head unit cables colours, so if you are attentive there is almost no way to make a mistake.- Minimalistic but handsome designCons:- All the wires except the remote control's one are extremely short, like 40 cm, give or take.- The controls (when the sub is already placed under the seat) are not easily accessible; if I'd screw the sub to the floor I would not be able to access the controls, especially the low-cut and gain knobs.- The remote could have those Gain and Low-cut knobs on it so it would be much more easy to fine-tune the soundOverall, I am extremely happy I got this little beast. With its help, now I can enjoy the full spectre of any kind of music I listen to in my car, without thinking of changing or adding anything else.While the installation is a bit fiddly (especially due to the short audio wires), it is not a rocket science either.I was hesitating between this one, the JBL sub, and a Kenwood one; Alpine was my first choice, and I do not regret it a single bit. Price/performance ratio - amazing.Highly recommended. Honestly.Thanks, Alpine!

After installing this subwoofer in my 2013 Sti under the passenger seat, I was actually quite stunned at the clean, tight and powerful bass produced by this unit. It replaced a failed Boss unit so just needed to hookup existing wiring. The 120 watt RMS rating is a true spec not overexagerated like many other units. Very happy that I chose this unit over some of the less expensive alternatives.

First of all I have a small car (miata nb) and I didn't really have spare room for a sub. This one however fits behind the passenger seat.As for the sound. In my car I already had components (Herz) in combination with an amp. I felt like the sound wasn't very full and the bass was just punchy. Now with the Alpine sub i set my components with a high pass filter(about 80hz) which eliminated the distortion and I can play them louder, so one win for the sub already. The sub it self really fills the space and it's actually louder than my speakers to the point that when I have it on full volume it drowns out other sounds. the frequency response is surprising! it plays as low as about 28-29 hz BUT because it is an 8 inch it's more like you feel the very lows instead of hearing them. It did improve rap, hip hop to a point, it's pretty good at electronic and house and it is amazing for rock.One final thing that impressed me very much, even with the top down it still fills the cabin quite easily.Caution! the wires are very short except for the bass controller which is very long.

Habe von diesem pwe-s8 Subwoofer gleich zwei bestellt. Zur Funktion leider noch keine Rückmeldung da noch nicht eingebaut. Allerdings fehlten zu beiden Bestellungen die im Lieferumfang vermerkten Kabel:... 4m Stromverlängerungskabel und Lautsprecherausgangskabel.

Bin begeistert. Habe damit meinen 307 cc klanglich aufgewertet. Subwoofer hat ordentlich Druck, für seine Größe. Einen Stern Abzug weil Inhalt nicht vollständig war. Es fehlte das 4 m Stromkabel. Ansonsten kann ich den subwoofer nur weiterempfehlen.

As a 30 something with a car he'd like to keep for a long time, this was the missing piece to my sound system upgrade. I wanted something that I could live with on a daily basis. I wanted an increase in sound quality without blasting music down my block. I always wanted my system to fit in seamlessly with my stock interior. I also wanted something that was easy enough for me to install with no prior knowledge or experience installing car stereo equipment. If that sounds like you, then this is what you are looking for!I have a 2015 Jetta that had the very basic stereo set up with four speakers. I upgraded my head unit to a touch screen Android Auto unit an wanted to get more out of my music. I started by upgrading the door speakers. I have Alpine components in the front, with tweeters mounted in the upper door. The rears are Alpine coaxials. To power them, I had an Alpine powerpack installed that easily fit behind the head unit. Once I had that setup, I really liked the clear sound and mid-bass, but was missing the low end that the powerpack effectively filtered with a high pass filter in order to keep the sound quality clear on the door speakers. So I knew I needed some low end, but I did not want to install another amp and take up space in my trunk with a box. That's when I started looking for powered subwoofers that could fit under my driver's seat.This Alpine powered sub fit snugly but perfectly under my driver's. The install was also very straightforward. I did have to buy some more materials like an amp kit and some shrink wrap and t-taps to make the wire connections, along with an aux cable. After watching some install videos on youtube, I started my install. It took about half an hour, even with a bump in the install when I couldn't get the accessory power to work. I tapped into the 12v in the back and bam, the unit was powering on. I had to tune the low pass to match up with my system, and tune the gain to avoid overpowering the sound system and distortion.This powered sub will not shake your whole car, and if you've been reading up until now you'll be okay with that because it wasn't what you were looking for. If you are looking for that, you won't get very clear sound trying to get too much bump. If you tune it to complement your sound system, you get powerful, clear bass to fill in the -80 range of sound the door speakers won't play. I like having the remote level control to make minor adjustments based on the type of music playing. That allows this sub to work well with anything from punk to hip hop. Hell, it even sounds good with Mexican Banda music. I bought this through an Alpine approved vendor and paid under two hundred bucks. That made it a great value and, pun intended, bang for my buck.
