If the anchors were any good, this might be a good security anchor. I got two of the anchors to hold, one of the others I tapped in then removed the screw, put the plate on top and tried to put the screw back in, but it would not screw back in. Threads looked fine on the screw. One of the other anchors just fell apart and was useless. I got two holding it at least. will buy some more anchors at my local home improvement store to go with the screws that came with the originals

I have a very large and thick security chain, as well as a monster 'Mul-T-Lock' and so this anchor was just what I was looking for to finally tie it all together. The instructions included and on this product listing page were thorough and made installation easy to do. The only thing I needed that this kit did not provide was a concrete drill bits. Anyways long story short installation was not difficult and the device works well.I like that there are security balls to prevent anyone from unscrewing the anchor. I went a bit further and used marine grade epoxy inside the bolt holes to tray and seal it in permanently to hopefully make it literally impossible to rip out of the ground even if a vehicle was used.This product may not protect me 100% from theft, but it might cause any would be criminal to go somewhere else as they realize it's not worth the effort/risk.
