It helps protect my AD200 in two ways: I do not have to mount the flash directly to the tripod and if I am shooting handheld, I put my flash inside my camera bag while the extension head is mounted on my small rig cage.

El accesorio imprescindible para montar el foco en la cámara y el cuerpo pesado en una mochila, también facilita el Montaje elevado del foco, el cable mide dos metros y mantienes el control abajo.

Bought this as in my recent shoot, my AD200 almost toppled with the wind from a 7ft stand. In India, its kind of difficult to get it repaired, hence I bought this Extension Head.In the Box : Just this Head with 1.5 meter cable.Quality : This is amazing. Thick cables, and good connectors.Usage : Attach one end to the AD200, and other end, you can attach either Bulb, Fresnel head, or Round head.Comes with a Cold shoe mount option, with 1/4 inch thread to either attach to camera top, or to a light stand.Now, my setup has the AD200 attached via a Q-type clamp to the bottom of the stand, and the head on the softbox.If you have more questions, you can reach out to my Insta page @rjvfotography to check my setup and output.

This is a life saver when using the AD200 with a Softbox or mounted on a bracket. I hardly use my V860ii anymore, because I shoot a lot of bare bulb for fill on a bracket. I get longer life and higher output using the AD200.
