This hose is great for reaching the very ends of my garden due to its length of 125 feet (38m). Installation was very straightforward and the unit arrives with the fitting bracket as well as screws for mounting it. It is rather heavy to lift into place, however this is to be expected with a very long hose like this. The hose is well constructed and feels robust, this meant that I didn't have any issues with kinks while using it around the garden. The provided head is very good quality and partly metal in construction with various spray patterns. The best part was that when I was finished the hose self retracts back into the reel with very little effort required. A great upgrade for the garden!

I have become a hosepipe snob.This is without doubt the poshest hosepipe in existence.It has multiple spray patterns and a very robust mounting bracket.It coils itself back up when you’re done using it and the case looks smart and well made.It comes with decent fixings and a sticky-back template for drilling the holes at the correct spacing.The adjustable water flow handle is easy to operate.I am hoping that the feeling of quality is reflected in the lifetime of the hose casing.I will update if there is any detrimental wear after the long sunny summer (that we might get (LOL))

This retractable hose is great for keeping the hose pipe stored and out of the way, and it has some excellent features that I'm really pleased with. It can be installed on a wall and there are some hefty bolts and wall plugs provided. I put mine up on a wooden post because I didn't want to drill through my house brickwork, as it's old and like granite. It didn't take too long to mount it by tightening the bolt heads with a spanner.I can now easily reach my greenhouse and vegetable plot, and quite a way with the sprayer. My only regret is that I ordered 20 metres, because I really could have used the longer length at 38 metres to get all the way to the end of my garden and around the front of my house to clean my car. It really is so much easier to use than I had expected. I like that when you pull on the pipe it will automatically stop so that you only use the length you need and it locks until you pull on it again. There's very little effort required to release the hose and return it to the reel. The action is very smooth.The reel isn't fixed in one position allowing it to move in the direction you're using the hose and to push it sideways against the wall to save space. It's compact given the hose length, and neat.I think the quality is excellent and the hose appears to be very strong and durable. It doesn't kink or flatten. The spray head is great too, though of course you can change this at any time. If you want to take the entire unit off the bracket, that's also straightforward as it's held on by a large metal pin at the back. This also allows it to move 180 degrees.I love how convenient it is. I don't have to go up and down steps anymore hauling an entire hose pipe up and down. When I need to water my plants I can go to the reel and use it immediately, straight outside my greenhouse door. I've no complaints whatsoever, because it's an excellent time and space saving garden hose which more than meets my expectations.

This is a very decent hose but it is pretty heavy. It's self retracting which is very handy and it comes with everything you need to install and use. Very god product overall. I hope the plastic is fully winter proof but only time will tell.

This is a heavy, robust retractable hose reel. Everything about the product feels and looks expensive enough to reassure you that it’s going to last and once secured to a wall, the retractable system won’t fail.Pulling out the hose immediately locks it at the length required, then a little pull on it releases the hold and it retracts back. The process is smooth and leaves the hose tangle free.
