The product came as described, sealed in its box with no damages. The install was on my 2012 Toyota 4Runner SR5. I state that bc so many reviews across Amazon will not specify make/model/year/trim of the vehicle they put things on. Anyway, they were plug and go with no flickering or issues. They have increased my visibility tremendously in my opinion. How much brighter they are will be subjective to the person. I can honestly say they look 100x brighter than before. These are compatible with the above mentioned vehicle. I believe you’ll get the value for your money for these than buying a brand name light that you’re paying for the packaging.

I purchased this kit for my 2016 Suburban only for the 9005 bulbs to upgrade my factory halogen high beams as the low beams are HID DS3 bulbs on my model. The light output is fantastic. They easily fit in the factory housing with good tolerances for the mount and electrical plug. Their low profile is great for applications that do not have room for some of the larger bulbs.

Installed in my 2019 Ford F150 Pickup, easiest way to install is to loosen the inner fender plastic cover and reach up to get to the bulbs that way. Did both Low and High beams, way better than stock halogen bulbs, very happy with the outcome.

Installed on a 2007 Honda Pilot; review is from an SUV perspective. I have a suspicion that these perform differently with cars as opposed to trucks from the "bad" reviews, so just boting this now.Pros:- Easy installation. True plug and play. The only hard part was honestly the placement of the bulb in my vehicle because the back of the headlight assembly is hard to work on. No flickering, no warning dash lights coming on. No problems at all.- Absolutely no blinding glare from street signs (stop, merge, exit signs). In fact, you can actually READ them better with these lights from far away.- Nobody flashed their lights at me, so I don't think they are too blinding to oncoming drivers in the other lane. This was a huge reason I bought these lights, but I only passed three people my entire ride, so I might come back and update this.- Clear, crisp light for about 50 feet or so for low beams.- Anything in front of you will get a sneak peek into the afterlife if you hit them with your high beams of these bulbs. Oh my god. Do not high beam someone with these bulbs. DO NOT. Turning them on makes it seem like it's not even nighttime on desolate back roads and the light was intense even as the driver using them.- That said, the high beams offerres probably 300 feet and much wider visibility in front of and on the sides of the vehicle. Like I said above, when I parked and turned my lights off I had to adjust my own eyes just driving behind these lights. PLEASE be careful with them.Cons:- Not crazy about them at first. The low beams seem too low and I feel that you should have further visibility with them. With my halogens I only drove with low beams on my 1hr commute home through desolate back roads. There was no question that those lights illuminated enough, but with these it feels like they don't really illuminate enough distance for you to stop in case of a hazard.- OH MY GOD THE HIGH BEAMS ARE BRIGHT. OW.I only just put them in yesterday. Today marks only one full day with them installed, so I am still getting used to these lights. Not sure if I like them yet. But I wanted to give a fair and honest first impression for a review in case of anyone debating buying these.
