Schlechter Scherz. Viel zu klein. Viel zu schlecht verarbeitet für den Preis. Keine Chance zurück zu geben. Verkäufer stellt sich dumm. Rücksendeetikett welches ich zur Verfügung gestellt bekomen habe war nicht gültig fürs Ausland. Daher kam das Paket trotz das ich die Paketgebühr selbst bezahlt habe wieder zurück. Verkäufer reagiert gar nicht mehr.

This wooden urn or burial box from brand EMPORIUM CRAFTS offers a degree of artistry to help you remember the one you cared deeply about. The wood of the box, which appears to be Rosewood on inspection and as per the advertising, has been imprinted with blue “rasin” and then lacquered to a smooth finish. There is a small hole on the bottom that could potentially be to add a screw or nail, to keep the bottom secure.At first, I was completely unable to open the box. There were absolutely zero instructions included, and it was entirely sealed shut. I could not figure out how to remove the bottom without worry of damaging the box. After some very careful shimmying, I finally managed to separate it from the rest of the box; nudging back and forth until it finally slid free. After that, it can be inserted and retracted more naturally, but it was certainly concerning at first.
There was also a very noticeable scratch or cut right across the bottom of the slide plate. It is very jarring, and unfortunate. Perhaps this is just a production error, and others ordering it will not experience the same scratch, I hope.Overall, this is indeed a very lovely homage and outer container that can serve as a resting place for a loved one who has been cremated. I personally chose it because it the right outer dimensions to contain an already-existing URN for my pet who passed away last year. I can put the entire urn inside, and then slide the box closed, and sit it on a shelf or mantle. It is truly a beautiful tribute, once you figure out how to open it of course. 4 stars.

So schön die Urne auch ist, die Angabe das Volumen reiche für die Asche eines 60 Pfund Körpers aus ist nicht korrekt. Die Asche unseres Hundes 46 Pfund hat jedenfalls nicht hinein gepasst. Da die Rücksendung nicht kostenlos und dann auch noch ziemlich teuer ist (19 €), sollte man das benötigte Volumen ermitteln statt sich auf die Angaben des Herstellers zu verlassen.Im Oktober zurück geschickt. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung.....

Unfortunately delivery wasn’t on time and when I opened the package it had resin sticky spots on the front. Was able to get most of it off but the quality wasn’t 100%
