5 Sterne, erstens weil das Ding ohne Probleme von Windows erkannt wird und 2. weil es super läuft.Einzig die Menüführung wäre für unerfahrene User etwas merkwürdig. Letzlich funktioniert alles ohne Datenverlust bei einhängen von Platten mit Daten und auch das Erstellen von neuen Volumes ist kein Problem.Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.Hinweis, beim ersten Start dauert es ein wenig und mit STRG H kommt man in das Menü des Controllers.

Really impressed with this raid card, yes its a little bit older but it has all the features you need, i setup a raid 5 with no problems whatsoever, simple bios interface which was very easy to use, write speeds are going to be lower with a raid 5 (about 40-90mbps) but not so slow that its unuasable, read speeds are much higher(around 300-500mbps) which is perfect for my needs.I Highly recommend this card, dont forget to update everything and you will be good to go.

This must be a used card as some features that require payment were applied to the device; it has RAID 5 and RAID 6 enabled. I'm pretty sure that those features are paid add-ons. It may be the luck of the draw for other devices to have those features. Even though it may have been used, it came in a box that looked like an original box with a small manual and product CD. The product CD contained mostly PDF files.Ironically, I didn't use RAID 5/6 and went with RAID 10+hot spare. It seemed to have the best performance.This system is much faster than previous RAID builds on fake-RAID/software-RAID setups.One thing that I haven't figured out yet is the cost to add Cache-Cade; the ability to use an SSD as a cache for the RAID array(s). This is also a paid add-on.My lower rating for "Tech Support" is not for the sellers of this card. It is for LSI/BroadCom. Their web site is really hard to find the correct software. Windows Server 2019 worked with the card without problems. Eventually I found the Avago MegaRAID Storage Manager - 17.05.01.02 software and that works pretty well. If you need the software for this card, I'd recommend using Google to search for this software/version.

PCIeスロットが計4本ありますが、どの１本でもグラボを挿すとこのカードは認識しません。（認識しないMBを使っているという感じ）残りのｘ4スロットにｘ16変換ケーブルを使ってグラボを挿すと認識しました。（このMBでは）USB増設ボードをｘ16ｘ8スロットに挿した時は普通にSASボードのBIOS画面出てきました。[追記前レビュー]LSI00194を２枚と、このボードで３枚試すことになってしまいました。３枚ともBIOS自体が表示されないのでフラッシュが飛んじゃってるのが届いたのか。

Needed a controller that works with an older version of VMWare, this fit the bill. Easy to setup. Got a few of them now and all of them are working flawlessly.

Habe einen 7 Jahre alten Pizzabox-Rechner x3560 von IBM. Der hatte den gleichen Kontroller etwas älteren Baureihei. Der Rechner hat aufgehört zu booten, mit dem Fehler "Fault in slot PCI 5 on System SN KD948..". Nach den längeren Telefonaten mit mitlerweile Lenovo Support, war die Preissituation wie folgt:Lenovo Techniker vor Ort, um zu gucken, was lost ist : ab 1000€Kontroller Tausch (falls) - zweiter Besuch: noch mal 1000€ plus Kontroller Kosten ca 700€ + MwSTHabe gegoogelt, den Kontroller gekauft, getauscht, Raid 5 neugebaut - seit 2 Monaten funktioniert im Serverraum in Dauerbetrieb.Bis jetzt alles supper!

Je cherchais un produit pour remplacer une carte limitée au raid5, à son lancement elle était beaucoup trop chère pour moi...Là j ai craqué et je ne regrette pas...
