I have been extremely happy with this item. It took a few print jobs and small settings adjustments to get rid of the shaky prints other reviewers have mentioned. Solved it by going to highest print quality for first dozen or so prints and then backed it off and it had settled in without more adjustments.

Esperienza pessima, ricevuta stampante da Amazon seconda mano accoppiata a cartucce e cavo alimentazione incompatibili relativi ad altro modello; test stampante impossibile, reso avviato immediatamente !

This is not a machine that can print/copy/scan 11 x 17.This is a machine that can print/copy/scan letter and legal size paper. It only prints 11 x 17.This is totally useless for someone who regularly uses tabloid paper to print, copy and scan.The copy is extremely misleading. Amazon charged $60+ for return shipping to boot.

The previous model I think it was the same but ended in 35 instead of 55 which I wore out… had an 11x17 document feeder where this model is only 8.5” wide. This is a terrible downgrade if I want to print a drawing mark it up and scan. I can’t scan an 11x17 at all with this printer. Other than that it’s fine and is almost exactly the same.
