Las tengo puestas en una barra que era muy fina. El agarre ha cambiado por completo, exigiendo más fuerza de antebrazos y menos dolor en las manos, lo que buscaba.Además se mantienen firmes gracias a la presión que se hace sobre ellos al colgarme.

rarely do I get overly excited with new sports accessories but this has helped beyond belief. In my very short time of use in callisthenics/weight-lifting/gymnastics, I've noticed a (non-placebo effect) betterment in my metrics. They feel great but could be a bit more "grippy", but generally speaking, this rocks. I bought them for my son too for his elbow joint problems in sports. Why didn't I do this before?? This is, by far, the cheapest accessory with the largest result that I've tried in years.

Machen was sie sollen, passen an jede Hantel oder Stange, und machen einen stabilen Eindruck. Man merkt es auf jeden Fall in den Unterarmen.

Gute Qualität und guter Preis. Allerdings für meinen Geschmack zu dick, sodass man z.b beim Bankdrücken schnell in eine Fehlstellung kommt, die man am Tag darauf dann im Handgelenk spürt... Liegt fairerweise vllt auch daran dass ich nicht die allergrößten Pranken habe (Handschuhgröße 8,5) aber trotzdem in meinen Augen nicht praktisch. Etwas dünner wäre besser😉

Great accessory to help build bigger biceps and forearms. Fits all bars you would find at the gym. I personally gained 2 inches on my arms after 6 months of consistently using them on arm day.Also good to put on dumbbells with skinny handles. Gives you more stability and comfort when doing press exercises.Would highly recommend

Queste impugnature sono molto versatili e si adattano a vari tipi di bilancieri, manubri e macchine, ottime per migliorare la presa e la forza negli avambracci.Il silicone è molto resistente e ha un'ottima tenuta sia dal lato a contatto col metallo che da quello della presa manuale.In generale prodotto molto soddisfacente e consigliato.

My friend has a pair of the genuine fat grips. I thought just because they rubber meant the generics would be the same. They are not. The shape is different such that it doesnt cover the bar as well. The texture also is not as nice. If you're the type of person who is considering these it probably means you spend alot of time at the gym. Just get the real nice blue ones from fat grips. Your training will benefit greatly from it.
