I have yet to try out this caravan water connector, but it does seem to be just the job as it it a genuine Truma part, and is identical to it's predecessor.

My previous one of these (same model) recently expired after many years of faultless service. Like another reviewer said, it suddenly stopped drawing water and I think it was because of material fatigue after taking it on and off so many times.The new one works perfectly. It is the sort which clips onto the exterior inlet and has a filter on the end of the feed tube. It has no integral pump, requiring an on-board pump.I would not consider buying any other brand as my previous one more then that stood up to the test of time.

Our old pump was cracked and letting in air, the cost of a new pump on other websites was expensive, so we were pleased to see this one on Amazon. Plugged right in without a problem and did the job it was intended to. Very happy.
