These are SHS springs in the factory blisters inside a Cheekon box. They are dead on for spec, unlike Arcturus which tends to be -10 from the shown rating.Can't beat the price, either. I wish getting inexpensive spares was this easy everywhere.

Krytac Kriss Vector, M100 got me 345fps with 0.20g, and 305fps with 0.25g. perfect for my indoor fields.

Edit: These are definitely HOT springs. My previous review was tainted by a goofy chronometer.

I replaced the original Lancer tactical spring rated at 370-380 fps with Cheekon M140 to give an approximate speed of 450 fps. Accuracy with 0.32 grains BB improved a lot at a distance of about 50-60 ft, point of impact is within 3 inches. Please note that 450fps is too high for most games.
