Ich habe die CHESONA iPad 9. Generation Hülle mit Tastatur im Oktober 2024 aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gekauft. Die Hülle wirkt hochwertig, die Tastatur ist angenehm zu tippen, und das Touchpad macht die Bedienung einfacher.Leider ist das Touchpad nach kurzer Zeit ausgefallen. Der Hersteller hat aber schnell und problemlos Ersatz geschickt, ohne dass ich das defekte Gerät zurücksenden musste. Die neue Hülle funktioniert bis jetzt (Februar 2025) einwandfrei, aber nach der ersten Erfahrung frage ich mich, wie langlebig sie wirklich ist.Der Kundenservice ist top, aber die Qualität muss sich erst noch beweisen. Gemischte Gefühle. 🤔📱⌨️

Die Hülle bzw. Tastatur fühlt sich sehr hochwertig und stabil an.Ich habe mich für diese Tastatur entschieden, weil das iPad nicht fest mit der Tastatur verbunden ist sondern wegen der magnetischen Hülle abgenommen werden kann. Das ist besonders praktisch, wenn man mit Tastatur und Apple Pencil arbeitet und das iPad mal schnell abnehmen und hinlegen muss um mit dem Stift zu schreiben.Auf der Tastatur lässt es sich angenehm tippen, das Mousepad funktioniert auch gut und die Beleuchtung ist ganz nett.Bluetooth Verbindung klappt sofort und problemlos.Bisher bin ich auf jeden Fall zufrieden mit dem Kauf und kann die Tastatur sehr empfehlen.

Möchte es gar nicht mehr missen, allerdings funktionieren manchmal die Enter/Pfeiltasten nicht. Mach an/ausschalten gehts wieder. Wenn ich das Pfeilsymbol verwende (>) kommt meistens da raus >x oder MausPad ist schwergängig und träge (trotz Anpassung) und mir fehlt für das Anklicken das leichte antippen statt reindrücken.Die Pfeiltasten links und rechts sind langsam, wenn man durch mehrere Buchstaben/Wörter „vorbeihuschen“ will.Bluetooth Verbindung ist sonst stabil, lange Akku Laufzeit. Tablet steht stabil. Bluetooth Aktivierung/Deaktivierung Funktion hätte man irgendwo am Rand hinpacken können. Beim Schreiben komme ich manchmal drauf und deaktiviere die Verbindung.

Eigentlich eine super Hülle mit Tastatur, allerdings liegt hier auch das große Problem. Die Tasten sind leider sehr hakelig und tippen nicht sauber. Sie verhaken sich ständig und daher ist ein normales tippen einfach nicht möglich.Leider extrem störend, daher geht sie auch zurück.

***EDIT 2*** Keyboard has since been replaced free of charge, and I am very happy with it. Ordering a second one for my wife.****EDIT*** - - - I have had issues after only a few weeks with connectivity. The keyboard and lower half now randomly disconnects and i have to play with the monitor angling to get it to power back on, it is VERY disappointing to have had an issue like this this early after a purchase especially for what i paid. I have emailed the developer to see what the options are. REDUCED TO THREE STARS until developer gets back to me.First of all the concept is exceptionally executed. I am very well pleased with the fact that it turns my iPad into a true functioning laptop. It works amazing. Overall I am well pleased. I will list pros, cons, and wishes for a future generation in this review.PROS: Sturdy, easy to use, easy to install, very functional, increases productivity, super simple plug and play design, very protective and seemingly rugged, makes functionality so much more improved for me and my specific line of work.CONS: VERY against the unit using the iPad battery, in my opinion an onboard battery with Bluetooth connectivity would be much more worth it in my opinion. I have already noticed a battery decline in my iPad since now it is drawing power to power HDMI/2 USB/Lightning port/keyboard/etc. While i understand the concept and logic behind it, a version that incorporates Bluetooth and an onboard battery would be excellent. The unit is heavy enough so some of the extra weight could be swapped out for an actual functional weight (I.E. Battery).Wishes for a future version:Bluetooth and onboard batteryThe connector on the side, would be removed with a Bluetooth version, but there is a slight bend in the cord that plugs into the iPads existing charging port and towards the end of the case and a bend that long would eventually render the unit useless as internal wires would wear out over time.One word of warning. I had my unit folded up and on my passenger seat en route to a meeting. I had to stop short for a vehicle that pulled out in front of me, this caused my iPad in this case to fly forward onto the floorboard. The word of warning is the unit separated from the keyboard into the designed tablet mode. Just a warning that a drop may cause significant damage to the iPad as it is made to easily separate which is an awesome feature actually but the caveat is that it may if dropped damage the iPad.Overall 4 stars and the only reason is i don't like how it uses the IPad battery.Hands down an excellent case.

I am writing this review on my keyboard on my pro 11”It is crazy how good of a deal this keyboard is for just $100. Plus it actually being a fully protective case on top of the keyboard function. I looked around for awhile for a keyboard that I would think would be my best option from other “amazon specials” folios from multiple companies, Brydge and Apples own Magic Keyboard. Two things that really set this keyboard from all the others is having more ports than modern laptops. Built in usb a, let alone two of them is game changer for me. The hdmi port is also handy to have even though its not something ill really ever use personally. The usb c on the case makes up for the fact that the keyboard needs to use the usb c from the iPad, as that’s the only way to charge it and it also carries all the data from the ports.The keyboard itself is honestly not the greatest but it definitely isn’t the worst. It has a good feel to the keys and a decent travel. All the keys feel well balanced but the caps have a little more wobble than I would like, but again, $100 so I’m not going to complain. 3 brightness levels and the leds are BRIGHT and evenly lit across the keyboard, like a high quality mechanical led rgb keyboard. The 7 color options are a nice touch too. The keyboard is heavier than the iPad, and it WILL NOT flip backwards. The Apple Pencil holder is incredibly nice to have even though it doesn’t charge it, but more on that down below.The hinge is also satisfactory. The magnets are strong and the hinge isn’t extremely wobbly. It’s easy to disconnect and reconnect. I wish it could back another 10-15 degrees but it goes back more than enough to comfortably use anywhere.The case that holds the iPad is superb. It’s tough and protects all sides of the iPad. It was a little difficult to get the iPad in but once its in, it definitely wont fall out. Power and volume buttons are still easy to push.One thing I have to complain about this keyboard is that it DRAINS my battery if the keyboard is on while my iPad is closed. I have no idea why it does this, but when I’m done using it I turn the keyboard off with the switch. Minor inconvenience but I made it a habit and now its second nature. Since its not Bluetooth but direct connection via the smart connector there is zero delay switching it on and using it right away. That being said, my thoughts on the Apple Pencil holder having charging ability would be nice, but with the insane battery drain that occurs while the keyboard is on with the lid closed it wouldn’t make sense to me, let alone that the pencil already has a long battery life as is so it doesn’t need to be constantly charged.All said and done this is hands down an amazing keyboard for the money. I would recommend this to anyone over any keyboard I have come across so far. Great product at a great price.

This is used daily with my personal iPad. The cover is sturdy, fits my device very well. Always looks clean. I just wish the cover had the ability to cause the iPad to “sleep “ when closed.

(REVISION TO MY ORIGINAL 5 STARS--STILL the best keyboard for iPad Air Gen 3, HOWEVER, I have just purchased a second one because the keyboard doesn't hold a charge long enough and doesn't indicate when it's about to run out. Now I'll have a back-up.) Best keyboard and case for iPad Air Gen 3 (10.5). I had always purchased Logitech keyboards before, but the one that fits the 10.5" iPad is terrible! This keyboard has a nice touch (and I type really fast), it has magnetic backing to keep it connected to the iPad case. (The Logitech only connected along the edge--I kept dropping it!). The case also has multiple grooves so the angle can be adjusted, particularly when the keyboard is put to the side.
