I requested a refund straight after receiving the item as it was faulty and the hood part was completely falling off and broken. Seller accepted my refund but the QR code didn’t work anywhere I tried to return it. Between Amazon and the seller not providing me with a new QR code, it’s been months and I still can’t get the item back to them or my money! They keep sending generic replies back when this return was approved by them back in May. Really poor customer service.

Only a little fiddly to assemble, perfect once up. Great to have baby close by, downstairs as you get on with other jobs. Looks sweet however hood doesn’t stay upright, this did not bother me as basket very functional. Easy to remove covers to wash too! Love it!

Initially it didn't turn up but seller dealt with my issue swiftly and arrived next working day. Otherwise it'd have 5 stars. Lovely and good value for money
