Leider ist das Dreieck zu schwer, so dass es sehr nahe an die Schraube des Außenbordmotor kommt. Gefährlich und somit unbrauchbar.

Im Grunde ist das eine gute Idee, allerdings ist das sehr schwer zu Handhaben mit einem Außenborder. Obwohl wir das längere bestellt haben, müssen wir ständig darauf acht geben das das Seil nicht in die Schraube kommt, da sich das Dreieck nicht auf dem Wasser hält und mit der schweren Rolle gefährlich nahe zu der Schiffsschraube sinkt. Somit muss jemand beim spannen des Seiles immer Hand anlegen und läuft gefahr sich zu verletzen.

We got the cyberoctopus boat tow harness to attach an inflatable mat and/or float to our boat and it works well but must be attacked to a longer rope in order to use with a towable float or even with one that you want to simply attach to the boat when moored.The metal pulley is a bit heavy for the floating rubber piece on the rope and doesn’t stay fully afloat but wasn’t sinking too much. I will say that the rope itself seemed to be a bit loosely woven but that might be the way most boat tow ropes are.This worked well for us when we are anger to tether one or two floats to the back of our boat, when moored. I have not used it yet to tow a float as we need to get a longer tow rope to attach this to our boat so that the towable is a safe distance from the back of the boat.

Rope is sturdy and is good quality. Hooks have a safety latch that make connecting to the boat simple. This bad boy keeps the tube in the center behind the boat!
