The only downside is the under the breast area comes up higher than I'd like. I got this because I just had a double masectomy 2 weeks ago, and I needed something for compression, that will also work for my reconstruction my fills with my expanders. So in the middle of the cups it has a loose spot obviously because I don't have breasts yet. It's really soft, I used to wear a 38c before I'm 5.8 230lbs a 2xl fits right. The straps are great when you can't lift your arms from lymphnodes being taken

Very comfortable the material is super soft and stretchy, fits perfectly, straps adjust very nicely, cover most of the sides under arms, straps stability is good, I went down 2 sizes from DD to C and I order size Large fits well for my size C and at last the support is good!Pd: I had a breast reduction and is kind of bother underneath on the incisions which is normal just use a gauze for coverage!

This bra is made of a great material, supportive, and easy to take off. The straps are Velcro, it has a zipper front, and a clasp to provide even more support in the front.

I bought this bra in preparation for my breast reduction surgery. It was hard to sort out what size i needed as I didn't know what size i'd be post surgery. I first bought a large but i could fit into it pre surgery so I knew that wouldn't work so i exchanged for a medium. Now being post surgery that was the right choice. I started out as a 34 DDDD and post surgery around a C for size reference.I like that this bra is mostly cotton versus synthetic materials, I like the velcro straps for quick and easy adjusting and I like that there is a clasp under the zipper which makes it easy to sort of lock before having to zip. The bottom of it does rub on my incisions a bit but i read that was an issue with all the compression bras so I just keep a flat piece of gauze on that area and it helps. I think in the moment of holding the gauze up and trying to get the bra zipped up that additional hook is super helpful. I'm buying another!
