I mistakenly bought these small ones instead of the larger ones but I have to say I was not disappointed. So easy to use and my cannolis came out perfect! They even come in a box to store them which is a plus!

Ich benutze diese Röhrchen, um mini Cannelloni zu machen und ganz feine Neu-Jährchen. Sind prima und schnell geliefert.Ist zwar eine Ziemliche Arbeit so klein zu produzieren, aber da hab ich ja Spaß dran.

This pack gives 6 rolled metal cannoli forms, which can be squeezed to make narrower cannoli if you choose. The edges are quite sharp, so please use gloves to protect against getting cut. I thought I would perhaps need 2 sets but one is adequate and cannoli are best served fresh in any event, so you can prepare them in batches of 6, and chill the remaining dough for another day.PROS-------1. Great price, so easily affordable for even a few packs if required.2. The rolled metal design allows you to adjust the width of the cannoli to your choosing (especially if you want less creamy fillings :)3. Easy to grip with tongs after frying.4. The size of the form allows for shorter and longer length cannoli to be made.5. Fairly easy to clean in hot water, drain and dry.CONS------1. The edges are a bit sharp, so you must be careful not to give yourself razor-blade like cuts.2. You must spray the form first before looping the cannoli onto the, and glue the pastry edges with egg white or they will mis-shape.3. A bit fiddly to remove from the form once cooked and expanded, however squeezing the form to make it smaller, allows you to slide the cannoli off gently.4. You may need two or more packs if you are entertaining, as although you can re-use the forms once the batch of 6 is done, you do need to wait until they are cooled before mousing another cannoli to the form.VERDICT----------Good value and make gourmet cannoli which look very impressive as you can see from the photograph. I made mine in batches, as I knew about the freshness aspect. However I made about 28 in total, so this would have been tedious if done in a single batch to keep waiting for the forms to cool. I will probably buy another pack given the price is reasonable, so I can make enough for family in one batch!

Seis moldes de hojalata pensados para hacer cannoli sicilianos, cañas o postres similares. Son de buena calidad (quizá un poco endebles), por lo que son ideales para preparar este postre italiano. Además, tienen muy buen precio.

These are quite long, they overlap which means you can make them smaller or bigger. However, because they overlap, the mixture can get stuck between the sides no matter how well you oil it. They cleaned well afterwards and so far there is no sign of rusting or damage. But not sure they will last too long as they are a little flimsy.
