Leider unvollständig es fehlen 2 Nadelstärken , die 4 und die 4,5 daher sende ich es zurück

Am Anfang dachte ich, hey super, aber nach ein paar Maschen, die ich mehr auf der Nadel hatte, war es immer schwieriger zu häkeln. Die Maschen rutschen nicht, man muss ich schieben. Die erste Nadel ist sich nach einigen Reihen schon am Übergang vom Holz auf das Kunststoffseil kaputt gegangen. Ich habe also inzwischen etwas mehr Geld in die Hand genommen und ein besseres Produkt gekauft, bei dem man auch die Nadeln austauschen kann am Seil. Also absolut NICHT zu empfehlen

Daughters crochet hooks for a certain type of work and she’s very pleased, perfect for what she’s doing, and a fraction of the price of some of them.Very fragile, care needed

I bought these to try out Tunisian crochet and figured buying ones with cables would allow for bigger projects such as blankets. The first one I used snagged the yarn constantly so took an emery board to file down just underneath the crook of the hook. I’ve checked the other ones and many are the same, as other reviews have highlighted. So trying out another I figured I’d start a baby blanket, but the cable kept on coming off repeatedly which saw me having to super glue it back on as it was not secure. I suppose paying a £1 each for them is fine if you want to give TC a go, but I’ve just ordered a long metal set instead to avoid having to DIY them in order to make them more functional.

Da ich das Tunesische Häkeln mal ausprobieren wollte, sind die Nadeln voll in Ordnung. Allerdings stinken die Plastikschläuche. Nach 3 Tagen an der frischen Luft ging es dann einigermaßen. Für Anfänger finde ichdie Nadeln etwas rau. So kann leicht die Wolle hängenbleiben.

Making a large afghan using the 9mm from my set. At the widest point this blanket measures 2 m and 30 cm, and the 1m cable still has space for a few more stitches, because although it’s only about a meter long the stitches all squish together along it nicely while waiting for their turn to be worked on the hook.I do prefer metal hooks for the smoother glide, but couldn’t find any suitable for my large project.These wooden ones are ok, but could be smoother. As others mentioned, a nail file/emery board is handy for smoothing down any rough areas.I’d also prefer the hook shaft to be just a cm or so longer for comfort. I’m holding it around the place where it joins the cable, which isn’t ideal and might put undue strain on that in long-term use - it looks like the end of the hook is pushed into the hollow cable, and probably glued. I wonder how long that will remain secure, but is probably easy enough to reflux if I ever need to.An excellent price for the set though, so even if they don’t last forever I’d still consider this a good buy.
