Just decided to pull this out today and it's amazing! The assembly is really quick. Just click the base together and attach to the fan and you're good to go. I filled my tank with ice and water. It comes with ice packs but of course they're not frozen upon arrival. Sounds like a regular fan even at the highest level of 4. The air is a whole lot cooler than I thought it would be. Make sure you purchase some citric acid. That is recommended for cleaning the tank. Not sure what the humidity button does. Literally can't tell any difference when I have it on or off. Otherwise a really decent purchase to keep cool!

Ice packs are hard to place in and do not stay in place. They float around. When adding water into the compartment, it tilts back so you have to hold onto it so it doesn’t fall off of the machine could be a lot more stable. This needs to be addressed with the manufacturer. It would make it easier for someone who is handicapped if it was stable, and he only has one hand to use.

I think Dreo products are decent and well made. My gripe is usually with their smart products that have a lackluster app experience that does almost everything you want, but never quite does it all.This fan, though, quite nice. I really don't have much to complain about here. Maybe the lack of the smart app function, but for what it is, it really just does the job. The adding cooling of the included gel packs (freeze before use) does bring temps down quite a bit during a hot day, but you're only really going to notice if it's directly blowing on you. A full room gets a bit dicey, but it's effective for what it is.

This is a large tower fan that has a strong fan. The repot fully supports all the functions of the fan. The part I like is that the water storage happens at the bottom of the fan in a bucket that is self contained. It then blows the mist from the bottom to the top as needed. It really does make the room cooler, but only if the ambient humidity is low enough. But for humidity fans, this is the best one I've seen.
