It was as described. Quite heavy, but that is good. Works as it has meant to work. Great buy.

Good piece of hard ware only problem is the camera platform is not fixed to the height adjustment. I fixed this by putting a drop of super glue on the bottom of each rod and then press the into the socket. This could be fixed with 2 small set screws.

very poorly engineered, too much play in all axis means it's virtually impossible to make tiny adjustments for focussing...
