This module is of good quality, however performance of this circuit clearly has inherent limitations.My observation is that this module is OK for measuring mains frequency, but you will get only an approximative value if you use it for RMS voltage measurement.Look at attached screenshot from my scope.Yellow trace is the input 230 V/50 Hz mains voltage (at my place the mains sinewave is distorted, having flat tops, that's normal).Blue trace is the output of the module (Vcc = 5 V, potentiometer set as it came from the factory).The slight phase shift is not a problem. But you can see that the shape of output wave is different from the input and there is more noise (relative to wave amplitude). That will for sure affect RMS voltage measurement. (Although the noise can be probably reduced by a low pass filter.)
