I found the suggested medium too large, so ordered a small to compare: I'm keeping the small: m 5'8", 155lbs, 32 waist, 39 chest. It effectively vents moisture out the mesh back and blocks wind from the front torso. Over a jersey and sun sleeves, it nicely flexes without any flap, is light weigh, and it easily rolls into a jersey pocket. It was comfortible in mid-50° fog and 70° sun (even as a solar energy absorbing black). The shoulder siliicon grips look nice and feal helpful, but my 50 mile road ride kit (unlike my forthcoming100 milers) has not yet required my pack: I think this silicon will be a very helpful feature. The draw string was also effective. Overall, EXCELLENT
