I bought this film with zero expectations and also very little experience with 4x5 cameras. I needed something cheap to learn and this film performed really well. It is somewhat more contrasty than regular films, possibly even less sensitive. I think it is closer to ISO50 or even 25 than 100, but perhaps that is only my subjective impression since I didn't text it against another emulsion. However, I tend to over-expose it for a stop or two to get the best results.The grain is relatively small, shades of gray are nice and there is nothing to miss with this product. It is not on the same level as the best Ilford films, but it is good enough for learning and even some serious photography.
