Die Maschine ging direkt wieder zurück, weil es sich nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben um eine Exzenter, sondern um eine Rotations Poliermaschine handelt.

This buffer is very easy to use an operate. It comes with so many different pad attachments that you are sure to have the right attachment that you need for the job that you need to perform. It is not too heavy and pretty lightweight and easy to control and use. It Does such a smooth buffering job. I am quite impressed. I like the included zipper storage bag that you can store it away in as well.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about getting an alphabet soup branded buffer. I have tried others before and they never stood up to their sales pitch. I am not a professional, but I do some motorcycle paint jobs here and there and planning on painting my whole truck. So far, I have been using a drill with the buffer attachments and even though it does the job, it's far from ideal. Not only you don't get the right feedback, but the pads are pretty small. I also have a small orbital buffer, but I've never been happy with it.When I started using this buffer, it was like night and day. The way it feels on my hand is great and it makes any job way easier. The extra handle, with adjustable positions is perfect, not just for comfort but to help apply the right pressure. Compared to an orbital buffer, I would definitely recommend this typebetter. Power and disc size will save you a lot of time. The wide range of speeds is also perfect for me, since I can use mid speeds for buffing clear coats after a new paint job, and lower speeds for polishing action. The low speed is still pretty fast compared to my orbital one. It has a soft start, and quickly reaches the set speeds to avoid splashing. It's worth mentioning, it goes up pretty quick and you'll probably deal with some splash. As for the higher speeds... this thing is POWERFUL. At higher speeds it's basically a grinder. Even though I have not tried the sanding discs yet, I expect it to perform flawlessly. When applying pressure, this buffer doesn't seem to struggle like others do or overheat. It's got some weight, definitely heavier than orbital but does not feel specially heavy, which you will appreciate it if you are doing a big job.Additionally, it comes with a decent set of pads, 400 and 1200 sanding discs, towel and a carrying or storage bag. I already had some extra pads but you will probably need to get some additional ones if you are planning on using this semi-frequently or doing a big job. The storage bag is a great addition. I like keeping my shop organized, and always try to find tools or kits that come with storing cases, where I can keep everything together. You can store everything that comes in the box with the D handle attached to it and close it without issues.

This polisher is much lighter than the other two I own, which makes it much more comfortable to use but also makes me worry about durability. It's my understanding that the better polishers are heavy in part because of big heat sinks built into them to keep things from getting melty inside. Here, the manufacturer talks quite a bit about the number and size of vents for hot air, which I'm hoping will work as well as heat sinks - but I'm skeptical that, especially in the long term, vents can prolong usable life like heat sinks can. No way I'm trying to open up the case to see what things actually look like, so I'll cross my fingers and keep using the polisher. The other thing that makes me nervous about this polisher is, it doesn't have random orbiting or dual action, which means you, the operator, have to keep it moving appropriately to prevent damage to whatever you're working on. This isn't really a ding against the product, because a lot of auto professionals prefer this type of polisher - it's just that I'm not a pro, so I'm worried about wrecking the finish on my car. For that reason, I've started out using this polisher on just scrap wood (really, as a sander), to practice keeping things even. Mixed results so far, but I'm impressed with the power this tool provides.I like the accessories provided that let you get started with the tool immediately, and the included bag is also nice to have due to the odd shape of this type of tool.Overall, this feels so far like a pretty good value for a good tool. Durability will be (hopefully) a long-term test. I do recommend this tool.
