Welcome to the world of knife sharpening where precision meets hilarity, courtesy of the Knife Sharpening Angle Guide with its 12 Pack of 1x30 Sharpening Sanding Belts. This isn't just a tool; it's an adventure in angles, a journey from dull to dazzling, all while you chuckle at the simplicity of it all.First off, let's talk about the star of the show - the Angle Guide. Adjustable from 10 to 45 degrees, it's like having a Swiss Army knife of angles, but instead of blades, you get precision. However, like any good story, there's a twist: a few minor modifications are needed to make this guide truly sing. Think of it as upgrading your car with racing stripes and a turbo button - not necessary, but oh so satisfying. The sanding belts? They're like the backup dancers to your sharpening main event. With assorted grits, they cover all your sharpening needs, from roughing out the rust to polishing the blade to a mirror finish. But here's the comedy - you'll find yourself treating these belts like they're a rare collectible. "Ah, the 400 grit, perfect for this knife," you'll say, with the seriousness of a sommelier discussing a fine wine. The real fun begins when you start to modify this setup. A bit of tweaking here, a little ingenuity there, and suddenly, you've transformed this tool into something that could well be from a sci-fi movie. Maybe you add a stabilizing bracket or a custom handle, and voilà, you've got yourself a sharpening jig that looks like it's ready for the next Iron Chef battle. Now, let's talk about the practical side. With this setup, you can go from a knife that struggles to cut through butter to one that could slice through the very fabric of space-time (or at least, through a particularly stubborn tomato). The guide ensures consistency, so each knife gets the same love and attention, no matter how many times you've resharpened it.But the best part? The laughter. Watching knives transform under your hand, with this guide ensuring you don't accidentally turn your chef's knife into a butter knife, is comedy gold. It's like watching a caterpillar become a butterfly, only this butterfly can cut through anything you throw at it.In conclusion, if you're willing to do a bit of DIY magic, this Knife Sharpening Angle Guide with its belts is an excellent tool. It's the kind of investment that not only sharpens your knives but also your sense of humor in the kitchen. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility - and great laughter at how you've turned sharpening into an art form.

This fits a Chicago electric 1x30 belt sander like a glove. It works well with the included sanding belts. It's a great design and easy as ever to use. Looks to be rather durable. Fine sharpening ability for the money. Is as described

The lip of the guide leading into the belt is a bit too far away from it and will need to be modified to work right. If not then the (platin, platen plattin? 🤷) is too short and will not provide a flat surface to work on.
