Gerät wurde leider defekt geliefert bzw. Motor ging nicht an.Netter Kundenservice trotz weiter Entfernung (China) per WhatsApp. Mann sollte ein kurzes Video per WhatsApp vom defekten Zustand versenden.Im Anschluss (zwei Wochen) später, bekam ich ein Austauschgerät kostenlos zugeschickt. Das defekte Gerät musste ich nicht zurücksenden.So stelle ich mir ein Kundenservice trotz weiter Entfernung vor.

The item arrived without an Assembly or User manual, which makes me believe it possibly was a refurbished item.It did not match the specification of what was advertised. Nowhere near the speed capability advertised and very short battery life are the two main points of failure.Advertised maximum speed capacity was 10km/hr.The best I could achieve was 3.6km/hr. Quite a difference!It was difficult to operate, as you have to constantly twist your wrists forward to maintain level operation - not something you want to do when trying to enjoy the experience.The construction was of poor materials. It was used in a swimming pool and because of the requirement to keep forcing the nose downward, it touched the bottom of the pool a couple of times which scuffed the nose.I used it only once for 35 minutes, testing at different levels before the battery died. I expect if I had used it at full capacity, the battery would probably only last about 15 to 20 minutes. Not good enough.The seller was responsive about the missing manual, but any communication about returning the item or refund fell on deaf ears.Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere and or a different item.
