double flute design very easy to drill down and smooth down.I hope amazon have 10mm and 8mm as well.

I used this bit to drill about 30 or so holes into an MDF subwoofer enclosure, that needed exact holes for the use of EZ-Lok bolts. Both entrance and exit points of the drill hole were nice and clean, and there were no signs of soft splitting, like you usually get on the back side of MDF when drilling holes. This bit was kind of a one-time use for me, in this particular size, but if I had to drill something else that needed exact and clean holes, I would definitely pick up another one of these.

Wanted a 6mm bit to join wood together with homemade 1/4" dowels. The 6mm makes a perfect size hole to tightly grip the dowels. (technique described in a YouTube video "Build A Small Wall Cupboard " by The English Woodworker) Have only drilled a few holes, but they were very clean cut. I drilled a couple holes through a pine knot just for fun. Seems like a well made bit. I like that it can be used with corded drills or with impact drivers.

Bought to use in a blum jig. It works 10 times better than the original and I can use a impact instead of drill.
