Nachdem man eine Jacke für viel Geld gekauft hat, aus einem tollen Material Namens G1000, muss mal noch mal über eine Stunde investieren und die Jacke wachsen und den Wachs (Original) einbügeln.Danach wurde die Jacke steif und sieht aus wie aus dem A*#"¥ gezogen, obwohl man sich viel Mühe gegeben hat. Dann denkt man sich okay, ich investiere noch mal eine Stunde und wachse sie noch mal und arbeite es noch mal ein. Danach ist die Jacke noch steifer und angenehm zu tragen. Verknittert extrem schnell und sieht immer noch aus wie aus dem Hintern gezogen. Eigentlich sollte man da vorher schon überlegen... Man kauft sich ja auch kein Auto was man noch mal lackieren muss.Man bezahlt viel Geld für den Markennamen und bekommt eine umständliche, eigentlich zu teure Jacke, die nur halb durchdacht ist.Für das Geld bekommt man bestimmt praktikableres und besseres.

Im Vergleich zum Anourak No.8 ist dieses Stück wesentlich leichter und einfacher in seiner Ausführung. Der Schnitt ist genau so gefällig und das G1000 ist nur einwandig vernäht. Die Kängurutasche besitzt nur einen Druckknopf und der Gesichtsschutz fehlt. Ein Helm passt unter die Haube.Aber: Es hat schönere Farben und auch der Preis liegt etwas bei 1/3 vom Anourak No.8

Vor meiner Reise nach Norddeutschland wollte ich was passendes. Gesucht gefunden. Stoff Topp, Verarbeitung ebenfalls. Das Gelb ist schön warm aber nicht langweilig. Meine Lieblingsjacke im Sommer wenns abends etwas kühl wird. Wunderschön. Leider ein großer Anteil Plastik halt der typische G1000 Stoff. Aber von anderen Klamotten weiß ich das der 15 Jahre und länger hällt von daher ok. Ein etxrem fest gewebter Stoff aus 100% Baumwolle oder Leinen wär allerdings auch toll und dürfte sich ähnlich anfühlen. gibts aber nicht und dann noch das tolle Design. Achso eine Größe kleiner Bestellen!

Wie gewohnte Fjäll Räven Qualität - nur wesentlich günstiger als im Einzelhandel. Mit Greenland Wax behandelt auch noch super dicht...Der Klassiker, klare Kaufempfehlung.

Es muy cómoda, pesa poquísimo y protege del viento y del agua. Es una marca cara pero vale la pena.

The first point I must stress is that this is not waterproof.It is made of poly-cotton and like all garments made from this fabric it is incredibly hard wearing, very breathable, totally windproof and water resistant (due to being impregnated with wax).All Fjallraven products tend to share similar characteristics i.e. thoughtfully designed, constructed to a very high standard (which means they are made to last) and appear expensive. However, given how long they tend to last also means that in the long run they are generally very good value for money.This is not one of their “technical” garments designed for wearing in challenging conditions. It is very much a “jack of all trades” suitable for wearing in a wide variety of conditions through out the year. Being breathable it is comfortable in most circumstance, but unlikely to be your first choice on a summers day (unless out on the fells or mountains). When there are windy condition it is excellent, as it basically stops any “wind chill”. It will handle the odd short shower with ease and dry impressively quickly, but cannot handle prolonged heavy rain..However it has two huge pockets at the front which could easily be used to carry a lightweight waterproof jacket to be worn over (or even under it) in serious rain. Additionally it has a huge zip at the front which extends approximately half way down (I measure it to be 42cm long) and is covered by a flap. Getting it on and off is also very easy as there is a huge zip at the side ( again I measure it to be 42cm long).I suspect this will get more wear than a lot of my other coats as it will probably be my regular “dog walking jacket” other than on a hot summers day.If you have never tried out Fjallraven this is probably a good choice as its made from their original fabric and is by their standards a low cost introduction to the brand. Fjallraven can be a bit of a love hate brand. If you understand its major limitation i.e. it is not waterproof then there is a good chance you will grow to love it. However if you wear it out in the mountains or fells when the rain is horizontal and you get soaking wet I suspect it will be heading to the local charity shop fairly quickly.
