These metal dice are very light weight with a fantastic sound.They look silver at first with a faint touch of purple. The purple looks to be an ink that was applied like a wash and it's mostly in the recesses or where it could pool up.I think with use some of the purple will fade leaving it more of a color pop/hint. This could be good or bad. I think it gives it a really nice weathered purple look. However, this is why I knocked them a star.

I'm not a huge fan of metal dice typically. They're heavy, don't roll too well, and will dent whatever surface you roll on. These fix all those issues! Being hollow makes them light and being lighter means they roll better and are less likely to dent stuff. That aside they check the most important box for me: readability. These bad boys can be read clear across the table. Definitely picking up more.

These are among my favorite dice to play with! I love the colors and they have a good weight to them, so you know it's going to roll far when you need that extra probability for initiative

As dice goblin, I love metal dice but I will admit that they are heavy and awkward and maybe even a little bit dangerous. These dice give are metal BUT they are hollow, making them easier to throw and so much lighter! I love the 3D numbers that will remain if/when the purple paint fades, numbers that are fairly easy to read. They don't tinkle as well as another pair of hollow metal dice I own but they do sound like loose change when you shake them together. They roll well and they are not quite as dangerous as full metal dice - though they have those sharp corners that make stepping on them an absolute nightmare.
