Das Gummiband im Inneren ist anscheinend im Griff nur eingeklemmt und kann einem beim Ziehen jederzeit entgegen schnalzen. Ziemlich unangenehm bei vollem Ausug!

The 50lb is good if you are strong . In addition to pulling it, you can push it out for chest, hold it down and curl it, and put it around a doorknob and arm wrestling move it.

Ich konnte das "Anti-Bruch" Trainingsgerät genau einen Tag benutzen, dann ist das Band beim ausziehen gebrochen und ist nun unbenutzbar. Man sollte den Titel des Artikels vielleicht eher in "Bruch-Latex-Widerstandsband" umbenennen, dann wäre es wenigstens akkurat.

You can feel the burn and the quality is high, so I would see myself buying it again.You can work the back perfectly with this product, shoulders, traps etc. versatile and great for the road, when you don't have access to a pull-up bar.Obviously great for archery conditioning, recovery from injuries and warm-ups.Worth it.

Wonderful item to strengthen your ability to pull a bow, work your upper arms to strengthen them and make it possible to use the bow and archery 🏹 set we acquired from Amazon. I swear by Amazon Prime, I am a firm believer in the face of being able to get necessary items that I have a issue leaving the home to get from a store where the items are sold. Amazon Prime delivery and subscription services have made my entire life extremely easy to maintain and help provide us with valuable items I'm unable to get myself by going out of my home.
