Ich habe das Pad nicht für eine CPU sondern für meine RTX4080 verwendet. Die Temperaturen sind traumhaft, jedoch ist das Aufbringen sehr fummelig, da das Pad zwar am Die kleben bleibt, sich jedoch an den Rändern löst, während man die Folie abzieht. Beim nächsten Mal würde es das Pad am Kühler anbringen.

I bought this thermal pad (heat phase) for my 7800X3D. It was more then enough and even left some part of the pad for another PC. Great performance right after the application. Under Cinebench the temperatures barely reach 80 degrees Celsius with my Noctua NH-D15. Cinebench would easily go to 80 and over with standard Noctua thermal paste. So this is now an improvement. Time will tell how long it will last, but longevity should be one of the high points for this product. Overall I am very satisfied and can only recommend it. The price is right, wil be buying more to have ready for other PCs.

I'm guessing this is like the recent PTM7950 phase change material. The advantage to this is it won't dry out and will resist pump out. Meaning I shouldn't have to bother with repasting ever.2 weeks ago I installed it in an am5 ryzen 5 7500f (7600 w/o gpu) with a thermaltake assassin. My idle/light use temp is 2c(42c) higher than ambient and max temp in games is 20c(60c) higher than ambient. Very acceptable since this CPU can handle 90cWas easy to install I put sleeve in the freezer for 20 minutes while I installed and cleaned the CPU. Took off one side of the plastic (of course the clear side peeled off first lol) and aligned over CPU and applied left to right like putting on a sticker. Lightly rubbed the surface a few times to help push air out and push it into micro cracks. Lifted the left edge and rolled the stuff that was not on the die with a blade then when it got to the die pulled the white sheet parallel with itself and came off smoothlyPurchased 3 originally because I intend to use on 2 gpus as well since idle temps have climbed up and figured I'd mess up at least once

Ho una RTX 4080 da 9 mesi, e dopo averla ripastata 4 volte causa aumento progressivo della temperatura della gpu di 7/8 gradi nell'arco di un paio di mesi e hotspot, che quest'estate mi è arrivata a 110°C, ho voluto provare questa soluzione a cambio di fase che sembra la soluzione definitiva ai problemi di pump out.Ero un po timoroso sull'applicazione ma è stato decisamente più semplice di quanto pensavo, è stato sufficiente seguire le istruzioni senza la necessità di usare lamette pinzette o altri escamotage, la pellicola trasparente si è staccata senza che rimanesse appicciato ad essa nulla, e non vorrei che coloro che hanno avuto problemi non avessero aspettato quei 3 minuti indicati appunto nel foglietto illustrativo.Ora le temperature di gpu e hotspot sono allineate ad una pasta appena messa, la mia speranza è che rimangano così almeno per un annetto, fra un mesetto aggiornerò la recensione.Aggiornamento dopo 45ggStesse temperature di gpu e hotspot del primo giorno
