The good: easy to install. Color matched my kitchenThe bad:1) 2 of the prongs did not fit.2) The color started chipping within one day of use3) The prophet is are wobbly and the pots hand and tilt.4) When contacted the seller they asked me to return the item using UPS and then send them the tracking number..which means I have to print a lable, go in and drop off the item. As opposed to Amazon comming in to pick it up.

This is a good organizer! If you are using it as the horizontal shelf orientation you may need to bend the wire racks so that they fit into the slots tighter and don't come unhooked when you slide a pot out.
