THIS PRODUCT DOESNT COME WITH THE CAGE IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT MENTIONED IN DESCRIPTION. This is a honest in-depth review of the product, the product INDEED is high quality, but the problem comes in with advertising and product accessibility. That’s the only reason why as far as quality goes I would not recommend ANYONE to buy this unless you have no issue figuring out how to put things together by yourself for hours with the tiniest help from a very vague “introduction video” that’s your only instruction video available for this pack. You cannot find any tutorials anywhere. The owner of this company you can find on their Instagram @guinealoft and the production and marketing team, I strongly encourage them to do BETTER with transparency and instructions.
Not suitable for hamsters

I’m super disappointed in this cave. First we had dwarf hamster in it and the hamster was able to escape through ventilation holes. Now we but larger hamsters in it and they too are able to escape by pushing lid open. There are no latched to secure lid. And finally the hamsters are able to chew through the cage beginning at the ventilation holes. Overall this is a terrible cage.

I am not very happy with this company. The advertment leads you to belive that the cage comes with it! The cage is in all the pictures. When in fact, it is only the small feed dish, a flimsy plastic ball & a small plastic water dispenser. Totally dishonest advertising.

While it's nice for a hampster if you have larger pets that are obsessed with your hampster the large animals quickly destroy it by sitting on it when no one is looking .
