Good. Because the weights are narrow they fit close to the leg. It feels firm since there are 2 straps. Would buy again for a friend.

A solid bit if gear with straps that should be long enough for everyone, but I think some extra padding around the bottom would have been a good idea to add for those who wish to use them for running

Me gustaron bastante estas polainas ya que permite jugar mucho con el peso ya que puede ajustarse cada 200 gramos y eso permite usar en brazos y tobillos. Personalmente las uso para rehabilitación. Recomendadas.

The ankle weights looks nice for the home gym and it's pretty easy to change the weights. It'll allow you to do different weights for different exercises so it's very versatile. The velcro seems to hold the ankle really well for us. This stayed put during step ups and a bit of jumping. We can wash this also if it's too stinky/sweaty because all the weights could be removed. So far so good!
