Rilascio il feed in ritardo in quanto non lo avevo ancora utilizzato..sono circa 7 gg che sta funzionando correttamente, in piu ha un led rosso che indica lo stato di funzionamento.Led rosso fioco, rele alimentato in standby, NALed rosso intenso, rele funzionante, NC.Il carico collegato 230Vac/500W è sotto dimensionato, quindi non scalda.

After less than 1h hour of use the SSR went up in smoke. Not what you would think in the first place, on the load side but the input side could not deal with mains input. The LED did not give away any hint of being overloaded and was fairly dim, rather insisting a cautious design. Instead the top left hand side of the SSR is visibly melted and the input circuit is now completely open. The load it was supposed to switch was a power supply with around 30W.But as aforementioned, the load circuit still gives a reading of ~30 MOhm, and from watching tear down videos the triac sits below the PCB on the cooling plate. That just leaves the conclusion that this SSR was not properly designed to be controlled by 240V at all or had been badly manufactured. The melt down happened above the board on the top of the SSR and therefore outwith any possibility to avoid this problem with better cooling without tearing the SSR down.

Simple solid state relay, which operated perfectly within the voltage and power ranges set.Convenient mounting holes and very good connectors made it easy to incorporate.
