Ho acquistato il Tritacarne Manuale in Acciaio Inossidabile Hanchen per uso domestico e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatta! Questo tritacarne è robusto, facile da usare e molto efficiente. La costruzione in acciaio inossidabile lo rende resistente, igienico e facile da pulire, senza preoccuparsi della ruggine.Lo consiglio!

After using this product for a long period of time, I can confirm how good it is. The build quality is good, although the inner parts could be more smooth surfaced (I think the internal parts are difficult to polish, haven't had an opportunity to compare to other products!). With the grinder I have done ground meet, flaked dried fish, crushed big fish bones (this was a little bit hard), and ground mixed kitchen waste for chickens. Despite the partly roughed surface inside, with manual precleaning with a brush and then using dish washer the cleaning has been easy. I have dissembled the grinder excluding the plastic part housing the axis of the auger, which is difficult to remove. I hope the water flushes the interface between the metallic body and the plastic part, although I believe it is not much susceptible to food which flows to the opposite direction. The two meshes are convenient for different purposes. I haven't used the sausage funnel, so if this feature is important to you, look for the other reviews. The accessory brush and peg are also helpful.

Robuste, stable et très facile d'utilisation. J'ai hache de la viande de boeuf cuite sans aucune difficulté pendant plus d'une heure. Démontage et remontage très simple pour le nettoyage. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Für kleine Haushalte völlig ausreichend. Sehr gute Qualität.Der Saugfuß funktioniert einwandfrei. Man sollte beim Reinigen aber darauf achten, dasshier kein Wasser eindringt. Sonst könnte es Schwierigkeiten beim Abtrocknen geben.

Ich habe mir den "Fleisch"wolf für pflanzliche Zwecke bestellt um damit Rohkost-Gerichte zuzubereiten.Das klappt an sich sehr gut, man spart sich den Mixer und Strom, da dieses manuelle Gerät wunderbar z.B. Nüsse und Sprossen jeder Art zerkleinert.Die Qualität an sich ist gut, was man bei dem Preis ja auch erwarten darf. Allerdings ist er innen nicht ganz exakt geschliffen, meim Kurbeln schleift es manchmal, wichtig ist, dass die Klinge richtig herum ei ngesetzt wird und das Gewinde nicht blockiert.Zum Reinigen schraubt man alle Teile auseinander, das ist recht einfach, und weicht sie in einer großen Schüssel ein. Das Sieb vorne und die Klinge sind rostempfindlich, daher empfiehlt es sich, sie dann auch bald abzutrockenen.Fazit: Leichte Mängel, aber insgesamt war der Kauf die richtige Entscheidung!

This grinder is perfect for small quantities. I have used semi frozen and thawed meat and it was very easy. The section plus clamp is very stable and the crank arm is long enough for the correct force.The clamp is quite big, measuring approximately 7.7 cm for the opening as seen in the picture below.The machine feels like excellent quality, it’s heavy, polished, easy to clean. There’s only one reservation and that is the plastic piece photographed below. It seems to stabilize the height of the crank within the gearbox, and not perform some kind of mechanical function. Nonetheless it is the only plastic piece in an otherwise entirely metal product, and it’s just hard to believe that it will last the life of the rest of the products. It happens sometimes that plastic last forever and I hope it’s the case with this one. Nonetheless, it stops me from trying frozen meat because this does not appear to be a replaceable part. It would be a shame to get rid of an entire heavy Polish stainless steel product just for one little itty-bitty plastic ring.That is to say I always feel a little bit nervous about the ring while using it.Otherwise the grind is a very nice fine grind. The device Is somewhat compact, so I really wouldn’t try to grind large quantities myself. It would probably be tiring and then there is, for me, the ring question.The seller should either address this or provide an extra ring in the box for psychological reasons if nothing else.My final comment is that the packaging box is small and packed in such a way that there is no possibility to store all the pieces in the box once the items are removed. It’s a Rubik’s cube. That means we have the filling tray ( oh… Also plastic ) separate from the grinder itself.In total: great little grinder, stable, clamp for thicker countertops. The plastic ring part irritates me and I’d be angry if, for that reason, I would need to buy a whole grinder again
