We purchased this Hozelock Mobile Auto Reel Cart (about 5 months ago) as we needed a self retracting hose pipe at the front and rear of our house and could not find a better, portable alternative. We have two outside taps, with nozzle adaptors, at the rear and side of the property. So far the system has worked well, with the auto unwinding/winding back of the hose pipe being effective and efficient with no kinking of the pipe. The folding "front" leg below the hose pipe outlet needs to be opened up fully to provide a firm base against which to pull out the hosepipe. A firm pull is needed. There is 30m of main hose pipe to use, with an additional 5m of water supply pipe to the cart from the outside tap. The cart can be dragged on its wheels to the taps or stored in a shed in winter. It weighs 19.5 kgs when ready for use.If you are wanting a cart which is ready to use "out of the box", this system is not for you, as there are about 38 assembly stages and some of the instructions are confusing. It took me about 1 hour 20 mins to assemble this product. Overall - satisfactory/good quality and it does the job.

First one wouldn't reel up, replacement wouldn't reel up. You would expect more from Hozelock for this price but newly released so maybe version 2.0 will be better in the future.

Le produit est pratique, je n'ai pas assez de recul pour juger la qualité,mais mon tuyau s'est bloqué et je n'avais aucune autre solution offerte que le retour du produit au Pays-bas, avec le port à ma charge.Je n'ai plus qu'à prier pour ne pas avoir d'avaries, il n'existe aucun réparateur agréé en France pour la garantie.heureusement un gentil revendeur concurrent m'a dépanné par téléphone.
