I have a 1-year-old dog who has eschewed dog beds since joining our family. She prefers to sleep either on the couch or in a chair, but I wanted to get something for her to sleep upstairs also (I don't let her sleep on the bed). She ate the first bed I bought her (stuffing everywhere) so I was nervous that she wouldn't take to this new bed, but within literal MINUTES I couldn't get her out of it! I know this may also be used as a car seat, but we already have something for the car for her.I think she likes this more than other beds we've tried BECAUSE it is also a car booster seat - it has high walls, and it makes her feel more comfortable and secure. To her, it seems more like a chair she is used to sleeping in than an actual dog bed. The material is INCREDIBLY soft - the bottom cushion is removable for easy washing, and I love the bed because it actually looks classy and high-end and not just a glorified floor pillow.It's now her nap time and she is sleeping soundly in the bed, even with the couch available. That to me is a BIG win, and I am happy she will now have her own comfortable, secure place to sleep upstairs at night instead of downstairs alone. Since I am not using it in the car, I cannot attest to its functionality as a car seat, but as a dog bed, I give this a HUGE thumbs up (And a two paws up from Izzy, too!) and five stars from me. We are both VERY happy with this bed! 👍

Da mein Hund immer auf dem Beifahrersitz mit fährt und mein altes Beifahrerkörbchen so langsam den Geist aufgibt, habe ich das der Marke Petcozife zum Testen geordert.Nachfolgend eine kurze Zusammenfassung:Vorteile:✅ Ist gut verarbeitet und sieht wertig aus✅ Hat keine rauen Nähte, welche das Leder des Sitzes beschädigen bzw. abreiben könnten✅ Kann gut und sicher am Sitz befestigt werden✅ Verfügt zusätzlich über eine Antirutschoberfläche auf der Unterseite und ist angenehm gepolstert✅ Ist verhältnismäßig groß und daher auch für mittelgroße Hunde geeignet✅ Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist okayNachteile:🧨 Die Qualität dürfte etwas besser sein. Bereits nach zweiwöchiger Nutzung, hat der Stoff des Körbchens ein Loch von den Krallen meines Hundes, obwohl dieser nur ganz kurz gekratzt hat, bevor er sich hingelegt hat - so, wie es Hunde eben machenResümee:Ich finde das Körbchen ganz gut. Allerdings finde ich es ärgerlich, dass es von einmalig kratzen bereits ein Loch bekommen hat - bei diesem Preis habe ich mehr erwartet! As a dog seat, it's ok, but I think is way overpriced at this price point. It's a LOT more expensive than our previous (and preferred) seat which we purchased from a local pet store.Materials are ok, but not amazing, and stitching quality isn't reflective of the price point. All in all, there are better options out there and I'd look elsewhere.

Ugh, I can't tell you how many dog beds I've purchased over the years before coming across this one that totally fits my dog. She's small - only 25 lbs, but has very long legs, so I've found some beds that fit her body but she could never get her legs all the way in so they were hanging out a bit or she was squishing them in to fit, which didn't look comfortable. This will be the last bed purchase I make. I got it for my husbands car and it's perfect. I have a different style in my car that works but may end up buying one of these. It's sewn well, it's got great padding, and it sits just high enough for her to look out the window. And for my particular car it goes right up to the edge of the door so no legs getting caught inbetween the bed and the door. We put our dog in a crate for long trips as it's much safer, but for shorter trips this bed does the job well. She looks very happy in it!

This is a great car seat. It's a nice size and is mostly well made. However, if your dog digs, that could be an issue. I set this in the living room for my dog to get used to, and she jumped in and started digging a little bit. I didn't notice right away, but she ripped a few holes in the cover of the seat. I was able to flip it over, so it was no big deal in the long run, but just something to think about (she does not dig when in the car, so I don't think this will be an issue for us long-term). My dog is a 35 lb mixed breed and can sprawl out or curl up and have plenty of room in this seat. There are two reasons for the missing star: 1) You're supposed to somehow string the seat belt through the bottom loops of the seat to secure it. Given the width of the seat, I found this very cumbersome to do, and if you need to take the seat out frequently, it's not an easy task. Perhaps I did it wrong, but the instructions were translated from another language and didn't make a lot of sense, so I had to just sort of figure it out on my own. 2) The straps that come with it that attach to your dog are too long (at least for my dog) and seem very cheap. The material and the clips do not seem sturdy, and I had doubts they would actually be able to secure her in the event of an accident or a quick stop. I ended up getting the type of strap that goes over the headrest and clips into her harness (Mighty Paw). Taking those issues aside, though, I'm very pleased with this. The only other thing I will say is that given its size, it does encroach into the middle seat of my mid-sized SUV. However, if you don't plan to use the middle seat and you are okay making those other adjustments I mentioned above (getting a better clip), then this is a great find.
