I searched for weeks seeking the correct size car seat for a medium sized dog. I finally found the exact configuration I was looking for! The bed is comfortable, and helps to keep my dog warm in colder weather (live in the midwest). Friends sometimes laugh at me when they see it (friends say it looks like a small bed)! The car seat is easy to get in and out of my vehicle when my grandkids visit. So glad I continued to search until I found the BOCHAO Dog Car Seat for Large/Medium Dogs! I've purchased two (2) so far, and highly recommend the durability and comfort.

I recently purchased the Dog Car Seat for Large/Medium Sized Dogs, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This product has completely transformed our car rides with our furry friend. It could be a tiny bit bigger though for my situation. wish they sold a slightly bigger version. Très bien . Je l'ai acheté pour ma chienne type croisé staff et elle l'aime bien. Il tient bien en place si on suit bien la notice pour l'accrocher dernière. Par contre la mousse jaune à l'intérieur pour le support de derrière pas top c'est léger en rembourrage.

This is a very cute and - more importantly for me - flexible seat for dogs. First, there's the functional flexibility because you can use it in a car or in the home. We've opted for using it on the not-inexpensive leather armchair Monty has claimed as his own. As he is king of the household we don't generally mind Monty making a mess of things if it makes him happy but there are limits and this was a pricey chair that was getting marked and subject to stains, so finding something that wouldn't slip off every time (as blankets and towels do against the leather) was a huge win. There are fastening clips so you can secure it around say a car seat or the back of a chair. This chair is very big, so I don't think the straps will go completely around the back, but the non-slip under material is holding up very well and it hasn't fallen down since we've put it on the seat - and Monty uses this a lot.Second, there's the flexibility in terms of the structure of the seat - which is a really good idea. In the photo you can see that I've got all of the sides filled with cushions but you can take one out if need be. This was useful for us because I think Monty might struggle to sort of jump into the seat with that front cushion inserted - but I can remove the front cushion and still leave the sides plumped. This would be handy in a car where you might want to leave one side unplumped so they can jump in and out more easily for example. I wasn't expecting that degree of flexibility so it was a nice surprise and levelled this up from a comfy seat to something that has a lot of practical value. It's always great to have a dog product that feels like it was thought about by people who actually own dogs.Another pleasant surprise was that this seat actually does fit quite a large dog. I really struggle to find things for Monty especially dog coats and things like this - he's 30kg and is the size of an adult labrador. I didn't expect this to fit him well, but it's a perfect size for both a generous armchair (this is one of those 1 1/2 style seats) and for Monty.It was very sweet to include a blanket with the seat - I'm quite sucker for any brands that give me a little extra for my pup, always scores more points with me and I'm always more likely to leave a review for that :DThe material within the chair is super soft and cuddly, very nice for colder months although not overbearing so we'll have it out all year.All in I think this is a very good option, durable, stays put, functionally well put together, comfortable for Monty - so it's a hit with us.
