This is a great camp mat. It is easy to inflate and inflates/deflates really quickly. It is a thicker than the self inflating mats, but thinner than the ones for home use. This means it gives enough padding to be able to side lie without compromising too much on its portability or weight. I do a lot of night shift working and its useful to keep in the car for if i get a chance for a lying down break!

I purchased two of these after trying many others which didn't stay inflated. I will test them on an upcoming holiday

The 'NAPASA camping mat' is a fairly well made camping mat with a self inflator (worked by foot power) built into the foot end of the mattress.Construction quality is decent and the inflator works well once you are used to the action and can inflate within a couple of minutes you can top up using your mouth on either of the valves.. The mattress is quite firm and does allow side sleeping without feeling the floor.The mat comes with side poppers to either join with another mattress to make a double or I join the opposite sides together to ease the packing away process - which is fairly easy with the release valve.At a price of £24.99 I think this represents fair value for the comfort and utility. Its pack away size is not that small so may not suit the minimalist camper but I like it as a spare mat for if friends come away with us.

Lightweight with a built-in foot pump and a fitted pillow on one end, this is perfect for the weekend camper or if you're short on bed space for weekend visitors. Anything more and I would look at something more durable but this is, in all honesty, reflected in the reasonable price. The foot pump does require some effort and I did cheat half way through inflating it and switched to a motorised pump. It retains air well and my strapping 6' Para Regt nephew spent a comfortable couple of nights on it when staying over. If you ensure that you squeeze all the air out of it, it rolls up very compactly and easily fits inside the handy storage bag.

The Napasa Camping Mat, includes a pump built in, which is pretty cool design and it only weighs a mere 1.2kg. Setting this up was quite an experience, I have never owned a mat that has a built in pump and getting it to work was different, it suggested using my feet but because i was wearing socks, it didn't really work very well, how I combat this problem was by covering the hole with the palm of my hand when pushing down then lifting again, abit like CPR style, the matt inflated in about 10 minutes.Comfort of the mat is ok, the material is quite 'plastic' and the head rest is high up and quite solid hard for me, but sleeping on the side was really good. The shiny nature of the mat makes it quite easy to clean but it not the most comfortable, would have preferred a more matt type finish at least on one side,It is compact though and easy to carry around and has a very welcome built in pump, its not perfect but I do really like it.Comfort 3/5Durability 4/5Portability 5/5Design 4/5Overall 4/5 Stars
