Hat ne Zeit gedauert aber jetzt schmeckt das Wasser echt gut. War wohl irgendwie vom Tank gekommen das der da irgendeine Beschichtung hatte o.ä.Es entsteht ein komischer süßlicher Geruch / Geschmack beim Wasser. Vielleicht liegt das am gechlorten Wasser hier in Berlin-Neukölln in Verbindung mit dem UVC Licht. Evtl. ist es auch der Alkalien Filter.Ich würde aber durchaus meinen das die Filter sehr gute Arbeit leisten und das Wasser durchaus sehr gut für Tee geeignet ist(der süßliche Geruch / Geschmack ist weg bei Grünem Tee/Schwarzem etc.). Auch wenn ich nicht verstehe warum das Wasser so süßlich riecht und schmeckt würde ich das System durchaus empfehlen. Wir haben hier eine enorme Rostbelastung im Wasser die Filter bekommen diesen zu (nahezu) 100% rausgefiltert. Ohne Wasserfilter würde man krank werden beim Trinken Magen-Darm etc....Mit dem Wasser lässt sich bestimmt auch gut mit ner Kohlensäure Kartusche(Co2 Sprudler / Sodastream) Mineralwasser herstellen oder mit diesen Sirups Cola, Fanta etc. diese Softdrinks.

The installation was very easy. Had some issues with the ph in the beginning but the customer support always replied very fast, super friendly and most importantly the issues where solved very quickly. I really happy with this system! Can recommend to anyone whos thinking about buying one!

Ich habe diese osmoseanlahe wegen die Bewertungen bestellt.1. Ventil ist amerikanisch es gibt eine 1/2” verbinder, aber es lekt. (sogar mit teflonband)2. Wasser hat jedesmal komischen Geruch und schmeckt fast eklig am Anfang. Erste zwei Gläser muss man immer wegschmeißen. (Ich habe schon mal die Filter vor Nutzung gewaschen und zweimal den Tank abgelassen)3. Es dauert mindestens 4 Stunden bis der Tank voll ist. Verkäufer behauptet 1-2 Stunden.4. Ventil ist sehr dünn, normale Wasserhahn bekommt weniger Wasser.5. Zu viel Wasseraufwand mindestens 3 fach als gefiltertes WasserEs war eine Katastrophe.

井戸水で使ってます。訳あって水質２６項目調査をしました。装置なしの時に雑菌が多少多いと判定されこの装置を取り付けました。そして調査結果は全てにおいて数値が合格となり（数値が少なすぎると言われました）この装置が圧倒的だった事がわかりました。アルカリの数値が高すぎるとのことだったので取り外しました。元々の水圧が弱いので水の出が悪いのですが（ポンプ付きを買えばよかった）タンクを使って上手くやってます。ネットで見て「これしかない」と思い買いましたが本当によかったです。

In our area the public water network, provides hard water full of mineral salts. To avoid drinking it we had opted to buy bottled drinking water at significant expense and even more significant inconvenience of buying and carrying all these bottles every week.Then a friend of mine recommended the iSpring RCC7AK-UV home water treatment system and we decided to take a chance on it and bough it. I purchased this 7 stage (iSpring RCC7AK-UV) to help with a well problem on a property we recently purchased in back country of Maine.Water testing on the well revealed dirt bacteria, which wasn't resolved with a proper shock of the well, and the mineral content and other things were not quite right. The result was the water was safe to drink, but cloudy, off tasting and likely to be drank by anyone that saw it. So after researching, talking to experts, and consulting water and well drilling companies, it was decided that likely I have a cracked casing, or a shallow well. Both of which need to be fixed at some point int the future, but were not eminent catastrophic problems, or preventing us from living there.Since it was only drinking of the plain water that was a concern, we decided to focus on a single tap/sink/faucet filtering system. There was no question about which to buy. iSpring has perfected the right unit that has a complete system all in one, that is east to install with great instructions, videos available and even extremely knowledgeable live staff support Monday through Friday. This was essential to the my success with the system.I was told by a local contractor that my pressure was adequate and met the minimum requirements for the ispring system, so I went ahead and ordered the system without the booster pump. I decided to install the system to provide water to the refrigerator ice/cold water dispenser. Perfect for that application since it can handle up to 75 gals per day, which we will never reach as a family of three. My problem turned out to be the fact that the pressure was not adequate, and I was miss-led by a local well company telling me what my head pressure was. I called ispring support in hopes they could advise me on a solution, assuming I would have to go find a booster pump and pressure switches to adapt to the system. To my surprise, they had a much different solution.The reps name was Josh, and if you get a chance to speak with him, you will be taken care of with the best of customer service. He was quick to understand my situation, and rather than focus on my issue of not knowing my system and buying the wrong product, he quickly offered a solution where ispring would ship me a whole new head assembly, including the booster bum and pressure switches already built in to boost our water pressure, and would ship for free second day if I just paid the difference of ($90 in my case) for the upgraded head. I immediately took him up on the offer and sure enough in two days I received the whole new head ready to be installed. I moved overt he filters, and the last two stages (6/7) to make it complete.It was up and running within an hour and after following the proper stat up procedure to clear the lines/filters, the water it produced was crystal clear, no discernible taste and was comparable to a product we always choose if in a bottle, "Poland Springs" out of Maine. I even received follow ups from Josh to make sure that it was working and that I was completely satisfied with the product. Not only 5 stars for the product, but for the customer service. Well done all the way around. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, heck I already recommended it to a friend that has a camp in the mountains.

LOL).Why I have bought a water filter.Most people do not know that the mineral water sold in plastic bottles is not healthy at all. There are 7 types of plastics and plastic containers are marked with a triangle of three "chasing arrows", which encloses a number giving the plastic type. The plastics which are typically used to hold water but also soft drinks, juice, sports drinks, beer, mouthwash, ketchup, and salad dressing are made from a plastic marked as number 1. That indicates that those containers are made of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Although that plastic is considered to be safe, it contains antimony, a metalloid element with toxic qualities, which leaches from PET. The rate of leakage increases with temperature and can yield unhealthy levels in bottles stored in higher temperature. Antimony can cause acute and chronic health issues, such as diarrhoea, vomiting, and stomach ulcers. Brominated compounds can also leach into PET bottles. They can irritate the skin, mucous membranes, and tissues. They included two links to AFWs which I could choose from. I did not have any problem at all, no leakage whatsoever.My surprise.Everything was fine but I noticed that my water tank stored only 2-2.5 litres of water. I wanted to use filtered water not only for drinking and cooking but also for washing fruits and vegetables and that volume of water was not acceptable for me.My contact with the customers service.I e-mailed customer service and they replied very quickly giving me a short check list. It was very easy to follow the instruction and give the system a check. The whole process took a couple of minutes. Further instructions made us come to a conclusion that my water pressure was below 45 psi and that was a problem. I needed a system with a booster pump. I was too optimistic thinking that my city water should be fine and I did not need the booster pump. Once we identified the problem, the iSpring customer service came with a solution. To make it easier for me and avoid possibly a bit complicated installation of the booster pump and its components on my existing system, they offered ordering a machine head with a booster pump factory installed. And here comes the best! As they understood that the water storage was of great inconvenience to me, they reduced the price of the machine head from 90 to 50 dollars! Since it had to be shipped from iSpring office in the United States, not the shop in the United Kingdom, where I live, that would generate some extra costs of shipping and the import tax. iSpring customer service offered me splitting the costs of shipping and the import tax!Solving the problem.My problem was solved. After installation the machine head with booster pump, the tank stores about 10 litres of water and that is what I need! I can hardly hear the pump working. The water pressure is very good and the tank fills up very quickly. The water tastes fantastic, much better than bottled water, no plastic aftertaste.My final thoughts.What else would you want from a customer service?! They could not do anything more or better! They are exceptionally kind, understanding, efficient, and professional! I highly recommend iSpring water to everybody. They are like a good friend, who is always around when you need them. I was very lucky having chosen iSpring and their product.
