I find they grip better than cleats with metal spikes. I wear a women’s size 8 winter boot and ordered a size M. It fits the boot well, but if you use them with running shoes a size S would be enough.

Brilliant accessory for hiking boots and trainers when walking in icy and snowy weather. Easy to put on and take off these are must haves in cold winter months.

Fit my boot well, don’t come off but easy to take on and off, come with a little travel bag so you can store in your purse once you arrive somewhere, and of course, they work great on the ice.

They adapted well to my trainers and the feet seemed balanced when I run. A bit noisy on the road when there was no ice though.

I live in Michigan and walk my dogs daily. Wearing these spikes, I was able to walk safely on hard-packed snow and ice. No falls! They are easy to put on and off your shoes. I wish I had found this fabulous product sooner.

Ich bin begeistert von der Sicherheit, die diese Spikes bieten! Nichts drückt, nichts verrutscht, schnelles Anlegen und wieder Abnehmen bei Nichtgebrauch. Klein und leicht, leise auf der Straße und der Schuh rutscht nie weg, egal bei welchem Untergrund oder ob man auf einem Bein steht, z.B. bei Treppen. Ein klare Kaufempfehlung. Bei Schuhgröße 40 passt die Größe S sehr gut
